Hello all this is Draiman, your web designer and future Fusion Fight star. I would like to take this opportunity
to thank all of you for visiting the Fusion Fight Network Page and checking us out.
I am excited to announce that FUSION IS ALIVE AND KICKING!!!!!!! We are not Dead in
the water as some would have believed. On the Contrary, we have a new lease on life and a renewed vision for the future
of the business in South Mississippi.
We are also excited that one of our own got called up to the Big time. Way to go Scott Starr.
Krimsynn Thought of the Month:
Professional wrestling is a way of life. If you're really involved, you think, sleep, and eat wrestling.
Many people are fans, but there are those of us that are "in the business".
When you're "in the business", you may be a wrestler, training to be a wrestler, a referee,
a promoter, etc. Being in the wrestling biz involves a lot of dedication and work. HARD work; especially if you want to make
it to the top.
I work with a group of guys in FUSION that are extremely dedicated. Even more than that,
they're professional. They have a business mind set and it shows through their work ethic.
One of the main things I've learned while at FUSION was respect for the business. Without having
a respect for the legacy that is professional wrestling, you won't make it far. By having respect for the business, you're
close to the mind set that you need in order to make it. Another important ingredient I learned to have was passion and desire...basically,
you have to WANT to do this. Look at it this way; how can you be great at something if you don't give 2 cents about it?? You
have to be willing to get your body beaten just to get a chance to get SELECTED to have a match. You see, many people think
they know what it takes, but they don't. People think you go lift weights, get ripped up and get dropped into a match. No.Hell
no. Yeah, all the FUSION Fighters lift weights, but we also exercise our butts off day in and day out. At training, we may
do 100-300 Hindu squats and 75-100 push-ups...and that's just the warm up! Once the exercises are done, then the wrestling
training begins. We do a lot of drills for technique AND showmanship plus a few matches to end each training session. Like
I said earlier, it takes dedication and hard work. Thrash once told me, "Krimsynn, you should be doing moves in your sleep."
He was right; to be good...no, REALLY good, you need wrestling on the brain 24/7. Once again, it comes back to having that
desire and want. You have to WANT to be the best. And what better way to do that, than by doing what it takes.
To close, if you really want to be in THIS business, you need desire, passion, and respect.
I respect my trainers. ALOT. Probably a lot more than they know. They've been where I'm trying to go. I tell them at each
training, "thanks" or "I appreciate this". I'm sure this may seem like butt kissing and it may get annoying at times, but
I give credit where credit is due. They give up alot of time to make sure that FUSION and its Fighters are prepared to be
the best thing Mississippi has ever seen. I have wanted to be a part of pro wrestling every since watching my 1st Mid-South
match in Baton Rouge, LA in 1984. I was only 5 then. I feel blessed that I have finally gotten here...my trainers are giving
me an opportunity at something that 20 years ago I only dreamed about. They have helped me one-on-one in an effort to
help ME get better; and for that I can't thank them enough. I'm a grown man and I stand by my belief that if you show that
appreciation; that person will be willing to help you again later on down the road.
That's enough shooting for tonight...so I'll leave you readers with this:
FUSION Fight Network is the best;
We'll put ANY federation to the test.
Other brands try to paint a wrestling illusion,
For a wrestling work of art; come watch FUSION.
